The Step-by-step Management and Reinforcement Techniques (SMART) is a classroom management (CM) training programme designed for new or experienced academics to improve their ability to lead a productive, inclusive learning environment. This is a specialised programme that teaches participants evidence-based classroom management techniques and enables them to develop an effective classroom management strategy.
