My own growth has been accompanied by the growth and development of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. I hope all students can become 'stem cell-like' talents, which is what President Xi often mentions: an individual may have limited capabilities, but when placed in an ecosystem, he or she can exert greater energy and play a more significant role.
