Ms. Mengqi Zhang from the Student Affairs Office spoke on the theme of students adaptation and personal development. She offered two core suggestions: first, encouraging students to establish a scientific time management system to improve learning efficiency by identifying priorities and conducting regular reviews; second, advocating for a positive mindset during periods of uncertainty, developing good habits based on interests, and paying attention to physical and mental health as well as financial safety.
